Poppin' By with Balloons
This week's My Favorite Things Sketch Challenge #492 uses balloons, the quintessential birthday decor, perfect for any age or gender! I used some miscellaneous old stencils I had on hand from scrapbooking plus made a few of my own using my Cricut machine.
